    FOUND: “CIA Presentation: Global Oil Issues”

    Recently, I was accepted into the University of Washington as an exchange student, and in the first week of classes, I received an invitation from UW to attend a CIA presentation about “global oil issues”.  I’m not kidding. I send you a copy of the email below.
